At Orrivelle, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy: • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and a late cancellation fee. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This ensures that I can provide the best experience for every client and honor the time reserved just for you.
